On Thursday, September 10th, the Masuk Panthers took on the Stratford High Red Devils. The Panthers won 49-7 with a huge start, leading 28-0 at halftime.
Although the Panthers played great, that wasn’t the only highlight of the night. For the home opener, the Masuk Red Army set the theme as USA, and the students did not disappoint. Everyone there was covered head to toe in red, white, and blue; whether a senior, junior, sophomore or freshman, every single fan had some school spirit. Football games like this are what Masuk students strive for.
“All the people, the friends, the food, it’s just always such a great time,” said Junior Jason Magalnick.
“Always the best night of the week,” he added.
Make sure to make it out next Thursday to watch the Panthers get back on the field.
