Masuk Girls Basketball played their first game of the season on Tuesday night against Foran. Foran entered the game after a 60–40 win over Wilton the previous week. Masuk limited Foran to four points in the first quarter and held them to eleven points total in the first half. At halftime, Masuk maintained a clear scoring advantage. Offensively, Masuk had several players contribute. Emma Troesser and Grace Sheppard each scored twelve points. Maddie Farrer and Abby Troesser added eight points apiece, and Sydney Lampley finished with six points. Masuk continued to add to its lead in the second half while holding Foran to limited scoring opportunities. By the end of the game, Masuk recorded a 46–23 win over Foran, marking a successful start to the season.
