Masuk High School’s Sunshine Club has been brightening the halls with gratitude and positivity this fall. To recognize the dedication of the school’s guidance counselors—especially during the busy college application season—the club created personalized arrangements and certificates to thank them for their tireless work leading up to the November 1st deadlines.
The Sunshine Club’s mission is to spread kindness throughout the Masuk community, a goal that advisor Mrs. De Lotto says the members live out every day. “I am so proud of the kind and empathetic members of the Sunshine Club who are always thinking of ways to give back to the Masuk community. They truly embody the M.O. of ‘Panthers pick each other up,’” she said. The club also participated in the schoolwide Halloween Door Decorating Contest, featuring candy corn affirmations and messages like “Wanted: positivity, smiles, and sunshine,” continuing their mission to spread joy and inclusivity across the school.
